Is booking online safe?
Yes, all online bookings on TravelBoecker.com are done over a secure server. This means that your credit card information is scrambled before even getting submitted over the internet. Always make sure the lock symbol appears in the lower toolbar. You are then dealing with a ‘secure server’, which makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized 3rd parties to access your personal information.

Do I have to book online?
Not at all. We invite you to browse the website for travel ideas and inspiration. If you feel more comfortable booking over the phone or in person, Chris Boecker and the team of travel specialists will be glad to assist you.

How do I get my tickets?
This all depends on the product you book. Generally we do our best to deliver tickets the way our clients want them. Please feel free to discuss your ticket delivery options with us. Customers who live in Metro Vancouver, BC are also welcome to come by our office to pick-up their tickets.

Can I cancel my booking?
All bookings, once purchased by the customer, are subject to strict cancellation penalties depending on the airline or tour operator and the number of days until departure. These penalties vary by airline and tour operator and in many cases can be 100% non-refundable. It is recommended that you plan your travel dates carefully and make sure that you have proper documentation before booking your travel arrangements. We also highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. (see next question)

Can I purchase travel insurance?
Yes. We highly recommend travel insurance and will gladly assist you in deciding which insurance plan is right for you.
