We are just back from East Africa. I am moved to thank you for all your efforts. Everything went off without a hitch. All of the connections, drivers and hotels were on time and as planned. The whole trip was a great success…
I wanted to in addition, say that the level of service from the guides was outstanding. The guides themselves were exceptionally versed in their knowledge base and were very polite and accommodating. The vehicles there on the mainland and the taxi service in Zanzibar were all of very high level. The hotels and food services were all way better than I had expected and it must be said that the value of the tour was very good.
And the best was that the guide in the Serengeti was driving along at 30K and stopped, backed up and pointed out to us a Chameleon that we had a hard time to see even with him pointing!!
The soccer ball give away (Spread the Smile) was very rewarding, much more so than I thought, but the best was the look in the faces of the children when the gift was spontaneous. … Great program and very good balls …

I recently arranged a trip to South Africa with TravelBoecker. It was a pleasure dealing with Christine who was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We had a wonderful trip and everything went according to plan. The Safari was great and the company excellent. We had a van and driver to ourselves, at first we were a little disappointed that there weren't going to be any others with us, but it was great when we got to view the animals, and we did see the Big Five, soo exciting - also the migration. The accommodations were all really good and the food too. We had rain nearly every day but I think that was probably a blessing as then we didn't get the dust. The Masai people just fascinated me and I couldn't stop clicking - all in all a wonderful experience.
We just love Lamu, and were glad that we stayed there... it was quite magical. The staff was so nice and the food and service were excellent. I just wish now that I had left more room to bring home a few more souvenirs. So thank you for your patience and all the advice we did have a memorable trip. P&M, Maple Ridge B.C.
I met you a year ago … had a good feeling right away. Found you to be friendly, very informative, well travelled and lots of fun. When we decided to travel to the Middle East I suggested we call you. The planning of the holiday has gone very well.
The difference in service from a regular travel agent is:
1. Personal attention to all details of the trip. You talked to us about our travel interests and needs so the group tour chosen would suit us.
2. We have been able to e-mail or call you with questions. If we have left messages, returned our calls promptly.
3. Met at our home to discuss the holiday, even on weekends!
4. Given us information about visas, travel clinic for med.'s, etc.
5. Booked hotels and gave us extra info on transportation from Amman to Petra.

Well what can I say: I can always e-mail Christine or phone her and she is never too busy! With our last vacation I asked Christine if she would be able to help us book a cruise - of course she had no problem - she gave me all the options and really helped us choose the right cruise line. After we booked our cruise and made the final payment I mentioned to her that we were staying over at a hotel in Abbotsford the night before we were leaving on our cruise - she told me that I needed to cancel that immediately and try to book a hotel closer to the airport or port. I asked her why and she explained to me that it would be so much closer to book either near the airport or otherwise near the port. She also mentioned that parking was really expensive in the city of Vancouver and that I should look out for a hotel with free parking or parking included. We ended up staying close to the airport where the parking was free and for the time we were on the cruise we could leave our vehicle there and the cost was minimal. She also gave us lots of information on our cruise itself and all the excursions available. When we received our packages for our cruise everything was in there - it was done really well and professional. She even gave my parents that came all the way from South Africa name tags for their luggage! I would definitely contact Christine in the future if I had any travel plans - she's the best!
